Lethbridge Orthotic-Prosthetic Services proudly boasts 4 clinical staff, which includes two nationally certified orthotist/prosthetists, 1 prosthetic intern, and 1 certified pedorthist.  Supporting them are 4  technicians, and 4 administrative personnel.  Together our team is committed to offering you superior service to assist you in any way possible.
 

Armand Huneault came to Lethbridge in 1988,in pursuit of a family oriented community.  Armand has a diverse range of interests including body building and vintage automobiles. Armand’s background in kinesiology and Orthotic and Prosthetic  training through George Brown College has helped thousands of patients enjoy very active lifestyles.  Armand earned his certification in Prosthetics in 1984 and in Orthotics in 1991.  As an amputee himself, Armand understands the sensitive nature of providing patients with comfortable, cosmetically appealing prosthetic appliances.Armand has earned numerous certificates from many top leading orthotic and prosthetic manufacturers including Otto Bock C-Leg(microprocessor knee),Myoelectrics, Harmony(elevated vacuum socket fitting) ,FreeWalk(stance control KAFO), Ohio Willow Wood -Advanced Alpha Solutions and TracerCad Technology, Becker Orthopaedic-E-Knee Certificate ,and others.

 

Tracy DuceTracy Duce returned to his roots in Southern Alberta where the Duce name is well recognized in rodeo circles. Tracy graduated from BCIT with a Magna Cum Laude and his degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Calgary lends perfectly in assisting the athletic patient.  Tracy has been certified in Orthotics since 1991 and Prosthetics since 1997.  He lends his expertise in Orthotics to the extra special needs of children.  

 

Clayton Heslip is our Certified Pedorthist(a) ,specializing in foot orthotics .Clayton attended George Brown College of Arts and Technology -Toronto and received a Diploma in Orthotic and Prosthetic Technical Program. He furthered his education at Oklahoma State University. In 2003 he received his certification in pedorthics. Outside of work Clayton enjoys family,playing hockey,home renos and an active lifestyle.

 

Jeffrey Ball has been with us since July 2000.  Jeff is a local, born and raised in Southern Alberta.  He returned to Lethbridge after graduating with distinction with his degree in Biomechanics from the University of Calgary.  His education in biomechanics gives him sound understanding of the physics and engineering of the human body.  Jeff is dual certified, completing his prosthetics exam in 2008 and orthotics in 2010. Being dual certified, Jeff can meet the needs of a wide variety of patients.

 

Ryan Cochrane joined the clinic in 2008 after completing his prosthetics and orthotics training at BCIT, where he graduated with honors.  Ryan grew up in Saskatchewan and enjoyed many sports and activities but spent the majority of his time ski racing all over western Canada and United States as part of the Saskatchewan Alpine Ski Team.  Ryan received his Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree in Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary where he worked with the Men's Volleyball and Football teams.  Ryan also spent a season with the Calgary Colts as an Athletic Therapist.  This training has developed Ryan's assessment skills to recognize many problems and helps him understand the needs of the athletic patient.  After completing his Degree, Ryan then went on to receive his 2200 Hour Massage Therapy Diploma and became a Registered Massage Therapist where he had the opportunity to work with the University of Calgary Swim Club and the Women's National Hockey Team.  Ryan found his true calling when he joined the prosthetic and orthotic field and is very excited about his future with Lethbridge Orthotic-Prosthetic Services Ltd.  Ryan is a Certified Prosthetist and is currently working on his Orthotic Residency.
